Rishikesh abounds in natural splendour.
The spectacle of the Ganga rushing through the Himalayan foothills is an
awesome sight. Several temples dot the banks of the Ganga. Only few
rivers in the world have the mystique of the Ganges, the mother goddess
of India, Rafting on its water of wisdom is certainly an unusual
experience. If you wish to explore the new areas and are ready to
encounter the wild youth of the Ganges, you are qualified and well
entitled to join white water running trip.
On arrival a warm welcome by our staff and transfer
to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
In the morning take a city tour covering Laxmi
Narayan Temple, India Gate and the Parliament House.
In the afternoon take a city tour of Old Delhi
covering Jama Masjid, Red Fort and Gandhi memorial.
Also enjoy the sound & light show in the evening.
Overnight at hotel.
Morning transfer to station to board Train to
Haridwar. On arrival pick up from the station and
after a whirlwind city tour of temples, drive to
Rishikesh. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight
at hotel.
In the morning enjoy a city tour of Ashrams and
Temples and also a visit a Yoga and Meditation
centre. Afterwards drive to Rudraprayag: confluence
of river Mandikini with Alaknanda. Overnight at
camps.
Raft down to Srinagar (05 to 06hrs). Overnight
at camps.
Enjoy rafting down to Deoprayag (05 - 06 hrs)
where river Alaknanda merges with river Bhagirathi
and forms the Ganges. Overnight at camps.
Raft up to Kaudiyala (05-06 hrs). Overnight stay
at camps.
Raft down to Shivpuri (05-06 hrs). Overnight at
camps.
Raft down to Rishikesh. On arrival in Brahampuri,
you will be picked up from the spot and transferred
to railway station at Haridwar to board train to
Delhi. On arrival in Delhi transfer to hotel.
Overnight at the hotel.
Assistance and transfer to International Airport to
board flight for return journey.
