Day 01 Arrive Kathmandu
On arrival in Kathmandu, you will be greeted and escorted by Indo Asia Tour's staff
to your hotel. (Rooms will be available from 1200 hrs)
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02 Kathmandu
Arrival in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal Kingdom. Transfer to hotel and rooms
distribution.
Afternoon sightseeing in Kathmandu: Pass by the residence of “Living Goddess”
Kumari Devi to Durbar Square. Shiva-Parvati Temple as well as the 3 storey
Maju-Deval Temple, famous for its erotic stone carving work. Further to Hanuman
Dhoka Palace, built by King Pratap Mall in 17th century. Before the entrance
there is a huge statue of Monkey God Hanuman from Ramyana epic.
Pass by Taleju-Temple and see Temple of white Machendranath ( preserver of
Kathmandu valley) as well as the Asam Square with 3 storey pagode of the Goddess
Annapurna and 2 storey Ganesha-Temple, dedicated to Elephant headed God Ganesha,
the god of wisdom and prosperity.
Return to hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 03 Kathmandu
Whole day is free for leisure activities and shopping.
Day 04 Kathmandu - Camp1
Today you leave Kathmandu and drive to the spot, from where you begin your
Rafting Expedition.
Dinner and overnight in tents.
Day 05 Camp1 - Camp2
Today’s rafting tour goes through the storming ravines till you reach your
destination.
Dinner and overnight in tents.
Day 06
Camp2 - Pokhara
Drive to Pokara through the breathtaking landscapes. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 07
Pokhara
- Naudanda
Today begins your Trekking Tour. You get up early in the morning and trek in the
west direction till the end of Pewa Lake valley. Further to Ratna Mandir from
where the road lead through the small villages and flield to Naudanda.
Dinner and overnight.
Day 08 Naudanda - Lumle
Naudanda has a small bazaar which is visited by the folk people. Your today’s
trekking takes you through the villages of Brahmans and Chetris. In Lumle
itself, there is a agricultural help project. Dinner and overnight in tents.
Day 09 Lumle - Pokhara
Today you get back to the starting point of your trekking
tour, Pokhara. Overnight in the Hotel.
Day 10 Pohara
Whole day is free for leisure activities.
Day 11 Pokhara - Chitwan
Today drive to
Tadi Bazaar. From here it will still take 2 hrs to reach Sauraha, a village at
the entrance of Royal Chitwan National Park. Dinner and overnight in Lodges.
Day 12 Pokhara - Chitwan
Whole day is free for observing the wild animals in Chitwan.
On feets, on elephants or in a wagon go through the jungle. Chitwan National
Park with an extent of 932 sq. km, consisting of Swamps, tall elephant, grass
and thick forest. Formerly private hunting preserve of the Maharaja of Nepal,
433 tigers and 53 rhinos were shot in the period 1933-40. Since 1971 a national
sanctuary, you can see 50 species of mammals, 400 species of birds. Dinner and
overnight in Lodges.
Day 13 Chitwan - Kathmandu
Today drive back to Kathmandu. Check-in in the hotel.
Dinner and overnight in hotel.
Day 14 Kathmandu - Fly out
Transfer to airport and flight to Europe.
