15% of the tour amount within 7 days of booking the trip.
50 % of the tour cost should reach us 60 days before departure.
75 % of the tour cost should reach us 30 days before departure.
Complete payment must reach us at least 15 days before the start of the trip in case of fixed departures, otherwise one week before the departure

Cancellation until 30 days before departure – 15%
Until 22 days before departure – 25%
Until 15 days before departure – 35%
Until 10 days before departure – 50%
Up to 3 days before departure – 70%
No show or failure to travel – 80%

How do I get a refund after canceling my booking?
After canceling your booking, you will need to send us the copy of Invoice to indoasia@vsnl.com or at the following address:

On receiving the copy of Invoice, the refund shall be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Insurance of any nature is not covered in our prices, nor are such options available at the time of compiling this information. It is explicitly understood that the clients are booking the tours at their own personal risk.

Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

You can book your product using SSL encryption (the internet standard for secure transactions). In fact, transacting online with a credit card at the Website is even safer than using a credit card at a restaurant because we do not retain your credit card information. If the payment on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by Indo Asia Tours 72 hours prior to the time of departure; else, the order is liable to be cancelled.

1) In case of travelers cheque, we will need the photocopy of the passport showing the name, date of birth, issue, Expiry, validity, nationality and passport number of the person signing on the Travelers Cheque.
