This Golf tour
is Ideal for golf lovers and for those who loves
discovering new golf courses all over the world, where
they can expand their golfing experience.
In India
you can golf almost anywhere, for this outdoors sport is
widely played by cross-section of people to the
country's often dramatic background. In the hills and
high Himalayan vastness, in metropolitan cities and in
small towns of India , by lakes and forests, or
surrounded by tea estates, out in the desert and in old
British cantonments. Description
Arrive
in Mumbai. Meet and greet at the airport and transfer
to Hotel.
Morning is free to
rest and relax.
In the afternoon, half
day sight-seeing of Bombay, which includes Gateway
of India, the Mahatma Gandhi Museum, the Malabar
Hills also known as the “Hanging Gardens” and
drive past “Tower of Silence”.
Overnight at Hotel Taj
Mahal.
Transfer to the
Presidency Golf Club for a day of golfing in the
par 70 Peter Thompson designed Golf Course. We
will try to get the Tee Off time for 0930 hrs.
Important : No Golf
Carts are available but Caddies will carry the
Bags.
Rest of the evening
free to relax.
Overnight at Hotel Taj
Mahal.
In the morning you
have time to take the Lounge to visit the Elephant
Cave.
Latter in the
afternoon transfer to the airport to connect
flight to Jaipur (9W 371- 1715 / 1850 hrs). Upon
arrival transfer to Hotel Rambagh Palace.
The Rambagh Golf Club
was a part of the Rambagh Palace & Rambagh Polo
Club.
We will arrive at the
Club at 0930 hrs and will be welcomed by decorated
Elephants lined up at the entrance. The location
of the course is in the heart of the city and one
can see a few monuments while playing here.
Important : No Golf
Carts are available but Caddies will carry the
Bags.
In the evening we will
drive 45 kms out of the city to enjoy an relaxed
evening at the Samode Palace. The dinner will be
served at the Poolside Terrace and while you enjoy
the aperitifs you will be entertained by the local
folk dancers. After the dinner you will witness a
15 minutes fireworks in the backdrop of the hills
surrounding the Samode Palace.
Latter in the evening
drive back to Rambagh Palace. Overnite at the
Rambagh Palace Hotel.
We take this morning
visit the Amer Fort. Ascent to the Fort on
elephant backs.
Afternoon is free for
shopping. In the evening we will have a Cocktail
Dinner at the Oriental Room in Rambagh Palace.
Overnight at Hotel Rambagh Palace.
Drive to Agra. Enroute
visit Fatehpur Sikri, a city built by the great
Mogul Emperor Akbar to commemorate the birth of
his son. It is believed that it took 11 years to
build this beautiful city but was inhabited for
only 11 months and later deserted.
On arrival transfer to
Hotel Amar Vilas. Evening free in Agra.
Overnight in Hotel
Amar Vilas.
In the morning visit Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort.
After Lunch a
comfortable drive of five hours will being to the
Capital of the Nation – New Delhi.
Upon arrival check-in
at The Oberoi.
Overnight at The
Oberoi.
Since the hotel is
situated right next to the Delhi Golf Club, you
would be able to see the Course from your rooms,
we will Tee Off at 0900 hrs.
Important : No Golf
carts are available but Caddies will carry the
Bags.
Rest of the evening is
free to relax and for dinner you will have the
option to select from the various specialty
restaurants that are within the house.
Overnight at The
Oberoi.
Today we drive out 25
kms out of Delhi to Greater Noida to enjoy one of
the finest Golf Courses in the country –
Japyee
Greens, designed by Greg Norman - white
schark..
Since the Course is
away from the hotel we will take a Tee Off time
for 1100 hrs and play through the day.
Important : Golf Carts
and Caddies will be available on this course.
Rest of the evening is
free to relax. Dinner will be arranged at the
Bukhara Frontier Restaurant.
Overnight in The
Oberoi Hotel.
Today we have yet
another beautiful signature course on the
itinerary.
The
Classic Golf & Country Club & Resort is
situated in the Arravali range of mountains which
meet into the plains of Delhi. The Course is
designed by Jack Nicklaus and it is a pleasure to
play in the beautiful surroundings.
Important : Golf Carts &
Caddies will be available on this course.
We request you to carry your
evening dress / suits or trousers and jackets as
after the game we will stay over at the Resort for
a Camp fire Barbecue dinner.
There is a possibility of using the
club facilities and having a Massage to ease the
muscles or take a swim at the pool.
Latter drive back to your hotel for
overnite stay.
