Visa and Master payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

What is an e-Ticket?

An e-Ticket is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to carry the printout of e ticket confirmation at time of arrival in India  and will show to our representative at Airport to get the service vouchers or at hotel.

 

How will I get my e-Ticket details?

Your e-Ticket details will be sent to your email address provided by you at the time of making the payment for your booking. In case you do not have an email address, the details will be given to you over the phone.

 

How will I get my service voucher for an e-Ticket?

Passengers are required to carry the printout of e ticket confirmation at time of arrival in India  along with a photographic identity proof (passport, driver's license etc.) At the airport our representative will handover the service vouchers to you.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS AND REFUNDS


a) More than 30 days before the tour, USD 50 per person, plus all non-refundable deposits if any paid to any hotel/agent/ carrier, etc,

b) Between 15-30 days notice will involve 50% of the tour cost as cancellation charges, plus all non-refundable deposits if any paid to any hotel/agent/carrier etc.

c) Between 00-15 days notice will attract a cancellation charge of 100% of the tour cost, plus all non-refundable deposits it any paid to any hotel/agent/carrier etc.
