First Round: The short-listed candidates are called for the first round of interviews. This round is conducted to test the candidate’s temperament, personality, communication skills and analytical abilities.
Second Round: The second round of interviews are conducted with the Department Heads to see aptitude for the specific job profile. The short listed candidates would be presented with offers to join Indo Asia leisure services Ltd.
Executives / Executive – Inbound Tours
Experience : 1 – 4 years
- The candidate should have Experience of designing Itineraries, Costing, Booking hotels etc.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Candidate should be comfortable with major tourist destinations in India.
- The candidate will be dealing with foreign clients and agents.
- Should have good Product knowledge.
Job location : Gurugram
Tour Executive (operations)
Experience : 0 – 2 years
- Knowledge of Booking Hotel, Transport, Guides
- Experience in Inbound Tours
- Dealing with Transportation of client.
- Follow up with client.
Job location : Gurugram
Company Secretary
Experience : 2 – 5 years
Qualification and Skills Requirement-
- A qualified Company Secretary (e.g., ICSA qualification or equivalent).
- A degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with corporate law and financial principles.
