We need to guarantee the booking 45 days prior to the travel date. Except during Pushkar Period and New Year period where we need to guarantee the booking 90 days prior to travel date. In case of some boutique / special hotels we have to make advance payment at the time of booking and that we will inform you in advance.

FIT’s
If trip is cancelled 46 days prior to travel date – No cancellation charges. If trip is cancelled between 45 -31 days prior to travel date – 25% cancellation charges. If trip is cancelled between 30 -16 days prior to travel date – 50% cancellation charges. If trip is cancelled between 15 -07 days prior to travel date – 75 % cancellation charges. If trip is cancelled between 07 days prior to travel date – 100% cancellation charges.
GIT’s
If trip is cancelled 61 days prior to travel date – No cancellation charges. If trip is cancelled between 60 -46 days prior to travel date – 10 % cancellation charges. If trip is cancelled between 45 -31 days prior to travel date – 20 % cancellation charges. If trip is cancelled between 30 -16 days prior to travel date – 50 % cancellation charges. If trip is cancelled between 15 -07 days prior to travel date – 75 % cancellation charges If trip is cancelled less than 07 days prior to travel date – 100 % cancellation charges. How do I get a refund after canceling my booking? After canceling your booking, you will need to send us the copy of Invoice to accounts@indoasiatours.com or at the following address: Indo Asia House 56, Institutional Area Sector 44, Gurugram-122002, Haryana, INDIA On receiving the copy of Invoice, the refund shall be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Insurance of any nature is not covered in our prices, nor are such options available at the time of compiling this information. It is explicitly understood that the clients are booking the tours at their own personal risk.
Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. If the payment on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by Indo Asia Tours 72 hours prior to the time of departure; else, the order is liable to be cancelled.
