Delhi / Day 1 - 2

Delhi / Day 1 - 2
Arrive in Delhi. Landmark monuments make for a great sightseeing day. Discover the 17th-century imposing fortress, Red Fort, followed by Jama Masjid, the mosque that can house 20,000 kneeling devotees in prayer and Raj Ghat, Gandhi’s memorial. You also cross the center of the city where all the government buildings are located for a photo opportunity. Point the camera at Rashtrapati Bhawan, Jaipur House (now the National Museum of Modern Art) and Qutab Minar. Overnight in the hotel.
Jaipur / Day 3
Drive to Jaipur to immerse yourself in Rajput history. City Palace, Royal Observatory Jantar Mantar, and the Palace of Winds called Hawa Mahal make for great sights. Rest of the day is free for shopping in the old city. Overnight in the hotel.
Jaipur – Jodhpur – Luni / Day 4
After breakfast, half-day excursion trip takes you to Amber Fort. Later transfer to airport to board the flight to Jodhpur. Your journey to the rugged Rajasthani deserts of India begins when you arrive in Jodhpur. Drive to Luni (01 hrs) for an overnight stay in a beautiful fort now converted to a hotel. After some rest, meet with your Team Leader who will lead the Bike Tour. Check your bikes and have the first test ride. Bike in the villagesaround for a good 2 hours to warm up. Overnight in the hotel.
Luni – Jodhpur – Luni / Day 5
After breakfast drive to Jodhpur. It is the second largest city of Rajasthan, built by Rao Jodha in 1459 when he shifted his capital from Mandore. In Jodhpur visit Mehrangarh Fort situated on a 37m-sandstone hill. Later visit Jaswant Thada, an imposing marble cenotaph built in 1899 for Maharajah Jaswant Singh II. After sightseeing drive back to Luni. Overnight in the hotel.
Luni – Narlai / Day 6
After breakfast drive to Rawla Narlai, now a heritage hotel is located in the heart of a typical Rajasthani village bustling with activity. We drive through the beautiful landscape and villages till we reach Narlai. The Rawla (fortress) however is an oasis of serenity and offers a splendid view of a gigantic, 350 ft high single rock of granite dotted with caves and temples, crowned by a statue of a white elephant - proud guardian to the open desert on one side and the Aravali hills on the other. Overnight in the hotel.
Bhainswara / Day 7 - 8
After breakfast drive to Bhainswara, a quaint little village situated in western Rajasthan at the foothills of the Aravalli Mountains. The village is situated on the northern bank of the Jawai River, which begins in the Aravalli Mountains and flows all the way to the Rann of Kutch, in the state of Gujarat. Later in the evening enjoy the game drive. These game drives are usually undertaken at dusk. The open-air 4-wheel drive jeeps are equipped with powerful spotlights and you traverse terrain that is not approachable by any road. If you are lucky, you can see foxes, hyenas and the most sought after sighting, the elusive leopards in the hilly terrain. Bhainswara/Day 8 After breakfast ride your bikes to Jalore to see the Jalore Fort. After the sightseeing, enjoy biking in the remote villages of this region to explore the village life of Rajasthan. Later in the evening drive back to Bhainswara. After some rest drive to Siana Camp for dinner. Overnight in the hotel.
Siana / Day 9
After leisurely breakfast drive to Siana for lunch in western Rajasthan. Siana lies on the edge of the Aravali Hills & the desert. It is one of the best terrains for horse safaris. After lunch, you are shown the selection of mount and introduced to horse safari. This will be followed by a short ride of about 2 hours covering a distance of about 10 kms. Overnight in the hotel.
Mt. Abu / Day 10 - 12
After breakfast drive to Mt. Abu. Today we will have a mix of driving & riding to get to Mt. Abu. The terrain is hilly throughout, but the most Interesting part is to ride to Abu (20 kms) from ca. 600 meters to 1200 meters altitude. Overnight in the hotel. After breakfast start biking in and around Mt. Abu. Visit Dilwara Jain temples. In the evening take a stroll around Nakki lake and enjoy the sunset. All this can be done on bikes as the sight seeing places are spread out and the mountainous terrain of these hills offer a great trail. Overnight in the hotel. After breakfast ride the bikes till Ranakpur. On arrival transfer to the hotel. After some rest visit the wonderful temples of the Jain sect dating back to the 14th /15th century. Overnight in the hotel.
Ranakpur – Kumbhalgarh – Udaipur / Day 13
After breakfast ride to Kumbhalgarh. Today will be a steep ride through the Aravalli Hills. The road leads you through the Reserve Forest, which earlier used to be hunting grounds for sloth bears and wild boar. Leopards can still be found in the area. On this day one will get fantastic views of the walls of the mighty Kumbhalgarh Fort. After visiting Kumbhalgarh drive to Udaipur. Udaipur is considered to be a romantic city - with its lakes, gardens, temples and palaces - an Oasis in the Thar Desert. On arrival check in at the hotel.
Udaipur / Day 14 - 15
After breakfast visit the City Palace perched on the banks of the Pichola Lake, built by Maharana Udai Singh in 1570. The Jagdish Temple (1651) is a fine example of the Nagara style of temple architecture. Sahelion-ki Bari an ornamental pleasure garden specially made for the ladies of the palace in the 18th century is yet another draw. It has beautiful fountains, trees and flower. An afternoon boat ride on the Pichola Lake is part of the day. Overnight in the hotel.
