The Karnataka State Board of Wildlife has approved an increase in safari capacity at Bandipur and Nagarahole Tiger Reserves following a study on the parks’ ecotourism carrying capacity. The move is expected to improve safari availability for visitors while supporting sustainable wildlife tourism in two of India’s most popular tiger reserves.
