India has launched Air Suvidha 2.0, a fully digital health self-declaration system for international travellers, aimed at strengthening public health surveillance at points of entry in response to the ongoing Ebola outbreak in parts of Africa.
The Health Self-Declaration (SDF) is mandatory for all international passengers arriving in India and must be completed before travel, typically within 24 hours prior to boarding. Passengers are required to carry a digital or printed copy for verification at immigration or health and screening counters.
