Goa is regarded as a worldclass destination. To boost the success story of this small seaside state, the Indian Government has sanctioned Rs 64.95 crore for tourism. The Centre has allotted Rs 40.40 lakh towards integrated infrastructure for heritage and hinterland development of tourism in Goa. The Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology gets Rs 12 crores. The Centre has also sanctioned Rs 7.58 crores for Development of the Colva Coastal Circuit and Rs 4.98 crores is allotted towards development of Baga Circuit in North Goa. Travellers can lok forward to elicopter connectivity, a golf course and a luxury cruise.
