Marriott International has announced that it has signed an agreement with International Himalaya Hospitality and Hotels to debut the company’s playful and spirited Moxy Hotels brand in Kathmandu. Featuring 108 smart and stylish bedrooms, Moxy Kathmandu is expected to open in 2025.

The hotel will be located in the heart of the city and within close proximity to the Tribhuvan International Airport, the hotel’s address in the Kamaladi area is home to the young, fun-seeking, bold, intrepid traveller. Several landmark sites and historical temples sit within pleasant walking distance from the hotel, such as the Narayanhiti Palace, the Swayambhunath Stupa and the Pashupatinath Temple.
