More than 10 million COVID-19 vaccines were administered in India on September 6, taking the number of doses given so far to above 700 million, a health ministry report has said. The total number of COVID vaccine doses administered in the country till today, has crossed 708 million.

With 13.24 million doses administered on 31st Aug, India achieved another vaccination milestone for the second time in five days, taking the cumulative doses administered in the country to over 657 million, the Union Health Ministry said on Tuesday.
